Was owned by a good friend who did TSD rally and passed away. I acquired it and kept modding.

This is very clean, I really like it a lot.

Where did you get the small scoop on the hood that is in back of the hump, also could a close up of the radiator ducting be possible, on the hood and from front.

I call the car "Greenbean Casserole".

Originally it was purplish silver. My friend who passed away choose that 1970s refrigerator green when he had my in-laws shop paint it. In a tribute to him, I'm not changing the color.

My late friend was a great guy and refered to everyone as, 'my friend'. Funny stories he'd tell being a white-haired older guy getting pulled over by police driving this car and cops were always surprised a youngkid streetracer wanna-be wasn't driving it.

More plans? Any ideas?

Only thing I can think of is aftermarket standalone ECU. Engine is plenty powerful for rally so anything else would just be more wheel spin and wear on tires. Gearbox recently done w/ Evo3 bits. Suspension probably best available for the car. Maybe sometype of rear diffuser for rear bumper. Aluminum 2-piece driveshaft would be nice ......when I win the lottery.

Custom. It broke the first press trying to bend the lip on it.

Bolts go thru the 2 front holes(upper holes in pic) then thru thick rubber insulator and washer into nuts welded into the bottom of radiator core support. Bolts go thru 2 rear holes (lower holes in pic) and into I think it is the rear A arm mounting bolt holes replacing those bolts.

Took the pic when I totally replacing my bolts w/ new ones. What you want to do is put the bolts thru a washer, then thru the skidplate, then the rubber insulator and then thru a final washer which you weld to the bolt. Whella! Bolts are now part of the skidplate assembly so quicker taking on and off w/o losing any parts.

The Hella 500s are mounted to the radiator support by Porsche suspension bracket parts I modded. The stock bumper cover that I modded slips over them. The light buckets are large PVC piping molded to the cover w/ sandable body adhesive in front and flexible Mercedes window urethane in back. I used some Porsche Cayenne bumper cover bits to fill in gaps on the sides. Can you tell I work at a Mercedes/Porsche dealer collision center?

Of course, its supposed to resemble Evo rally bumpers like this one. Actually, this is me codriving this Evo4.
