1G 1990 Eclipse GS-T Piston not firing on startup

['90 GS TURBO]

On start up one of the cylinders refuses to fire for at least 30 seconds. In said time I have to keep revving the engine to keep it from stalling until it eventually fires. After that it runs perfectly fine until I have to start it up again and the cycle continues. If anyone has ran into the problem and knows whats causing it and possibly a simple solution please tell me. I am a newb who got the eclipse from my dads friend at 14 years old please help.

Start with maintenance plugs wires to start.

i second what jared98gst said, and if issue persist pull out each wire one by one to check the wire that is giving you issue.
