1990 dsm turbo: what's it worth?

Thinking about buying a 1990 eclipse with a stock turbo. 1g eclipses are my favorite cars and if I van het the car for a decent price of love to have it. The car is I'm decent shape but I think the guy guy a curb our something because the radiator fans got pushed In to the turbo/manifold. Needs a new front bumper cover due to the said damage

Look for a bent frame if the front end got all smacked in like that.

Flash $500 bucks in his face to see if he bites the dangling carrot, for you've got tonnage of repairs which could mean a new turbo for starters.
