190 vs 255

ok i have a 190hp fuel pump in my car know and i also just bought a 255hp is it worth changing over! here is my mod lis

272 cams
660cc
afpr
maft
safc
rewire kit
chiped computer for all above
and supported mods for them
i am runin21 22ps

will i see a power difference or no. somneone please help thanks
 
It really depends what your overall power goals are. A 190 pump will support roughly 350-400hp, a 255 up to about 550-600hp properly tuned. If you plan to go big in the future, then the 255 is the way to go, if not, then the 190 is fine. Being that you already bought the 255, you already have an AFPR and power is very addictive, I would say install the 255and have done with it. And no, you won't gain any HP from just installing te 255, unless the 190 is already maxed out and your tune is less than optimal. Hope this was helpful.

No power difference at all from switching to the 255 right now. I would just keep it in the garage until you need to upgrade your inj and then break it out and install it at the same time.

Although, I don't think the 190 would be able to handle 43 psi base FP and 28psi boost if you ever pushed your current setup to the ragged edge.
