2mm, 0.0787402 of an inch, less than 3/32 almost nothing, look at a ruler 2 mm its nothing...

18x7.75 +33 with 245/35r18 will fit easy.

Thanks kid...thats what i was thinking as well but i was visualizing a lot more poke even though its 2mm more and I was set on +35 as the limit for the offset. 2gnt posted some pictures above and they poke out perfect. Just dont want to poke anymore than that.
 
To use 255 tires on a 2g you need +37 offset, that's the most you can go to not rub the the knuckle having about 4mm of clearance in the rear "based on a 255 tire with a 10.12 section width", they do poke out a little, but if you get a lower offset than +37 and higher than +30 you wont have any problems fitting 245s.
