You will for sure be looking to roll the rear fenders. I'm running 18x8.5 +44 wrapped in a 234/40 and have rubbing issues in the rear (unrolled fenders) on big dips. Pics in my gallery.

If you give me your current wheel/tire specs I can tell you how much more or less clearance you'll have with the new set-up.
 
I'm currently on the stock swirelies at stock height. I am worried about the tire hitting any suspension components, I'l roll my fender if i have to(if/when i get around to lowering my car)
