I was wondering if anyone had pics of 2nd gen eclipses on 18's with a drop. I would also like to know what would be a good suspension setup to go with? I ordered a set of 18's from d2 Sport and I plan on going with full coilovers but I am undecided as of right now.

I went from 17's to 16's because performance tires are cheaper for 16". The ride is noticeably better and the car doesnt wander around like it used to. I am very happy with decreasing the size of my wheels. Going to 18's might make the car ride rough and tires might be expensive.

Lol.. Every car I've owned has been on 18's with the exception of 1 that was on 17's so i'm pretty much used to a rough ride.

the car has 18inch rpm 505 with ksport coilovers its about 2 inches im dropping it lower but ive been lazy

18's should look pretty nice.. I have seen 19's that just barely fit, but fill the wheel gap nicely

Here's 2 pics of my car with 18's and dropped. At that point it was between an 1" and 1.5" of drop I think. Since then, I've put on the Tein Flex coilovers but haven't gotten the 18's back on yet to take pics. If you're looking for a full coilover system, look at Tein's, Megan, and JIC (if you really want top of the line...but expect to pay $$$$$). I think those have been the most popular brands. If you want any other info about my coilovers, let me know. I also have EDFC hooked up with them! :thumb:

I am putting my 19" rims back on for the spring/summer tomorrow afternoon, I am lowered on Eibach pros. I will post some pictures up tomorrow. The tire diameter is the same whether you have 17", 18" or 19", just buy the correct tire size.
