17x7 wheels, 40mm offset?

Will I be able to run 17x7 rims on my 95 talon using a 40mm offset? Or will this rub?

I am also curious to what is the biggest size you can wheel you can run on a talon. I was thinking of running welds like a mustang huge on the back and as big as i can get on the front.

they'll fit as long as the lug pattern is correct

Thanks a lot. Yeah, the rims are 5x114.3 so they should fit. Very cool. Looks like I have a set of 17x7s with 225/45/r17s on the way.

thats the same size rim/tire i'll be getting in the summer. 18's too big for my tastes, hopefully I don't think otherwise after I get my 17's

Well, bought the car used and a couple of the rims are going bad, have cracks, all of them have horrible curb rash. So I was looking for something cheap that would look good and that I could get quickly. I decided on these.

It is Red, and the top half is black. I hope the look good, I haven't yet ordered them, but I am almost confident these are the ones I want. Unless someone can find me a similar style in black...
