3 inch turbo back exhaust
front mount able to hold up to 500hp
dsm link v3
walbro 255
now with the injectors i been seeing different things wih people running 550 to 750cc i know 750cc gives me building room but im a 18 year old and wont being doing much more to the car until i can build up the motor and tranny which prob be a few years

is there anything else

In regard to the injectors, and this is my opinion, I'd go bigger. This way you wont have to buy another set should your goals change. I'd also look into buying a clutch...

You also need a fuel pump, boost controller, wideband..... With the injectors definitely go bigger because since you have link you can compensate for the big injectors but all in all your definitely on your way to having a nice solid setup....

Get evo 9 fuel pump and evo 8/9 injectors if your on a budget and you wont have to get a fuel pressure regulator....

don't forget the fuel pressure regulator either

Wont be needed at this low stage, once he gets into bigger injectors (680+) is when it will really be needed. For now the ECU will be able to compensate with SAFC or DSMlink tuning.

FPR isn't needed but I'm gonna side with c2ypt1c, and say that it would be a wise choice to get one now.

The injectors don't determine when you need a FPR, the fuel pump does. The 255 flows too much at low pressure for the stock regulator so it gets backed up and the pressure increases causing a rich condition. It is really only at idle and low throttle, and some people get it others don't. It's nice to have an AFPR and you'll probably never outgrow a nice one.

You know why 550cc injectors are so cheap? So many people pick them up for cheap and almost immediately outgrow them. They are too small for the evo's they came off of, so I'm not sure what people expect when they put them on with an evo turbo. Go with 1000cc's and leave the rest to honda kids. 1000cc will set you up for anything you could do with that turbo, and have some growing room for a bigger one in the future. They will give you the exact same gas mileage and low speed operation as stock if tuned properly.

With a performance turbo engine, you can budget for a nice fuel system, or you can budget for a new engine and a nice fuel system.

he is thinking of 750's which I think is > 680 and I also suggested bigger...so...don't forget the FPR. on top of it he is running a 255 pump

Omgz... Are they really bigger? I had no idea.

Alright, he said he isn't sure. He may just pick up 550s since he's trying to build everything at the same time. I would suggest a set of evo injectors to start, either that or 680s just to have some room to grow but still keep it mild.

tkelly27 covered this a couple posts above & is correct, the info in this post is incorrect. If a FPR is needed is based on fuel pump not injector size.

If your planning to shell out on a set of aftermarket injectors, go 750cc min. The price won't be that much different for larger & gives you room to grow even if you think you won't need it. I origionally went 750's with my evoIII, thinking that would give me lots of room to grow. I now run 1050's & I don't consider then "huge" either. Link can control them all the same & even much larger.

Also, should add if your thinking E85 in the future, you'll want larger still.

ellicott city?? really? what color whip is you gst? and as for what you have listed and what people have said only real thing youll WANT is cold air intake for better air flow, and prevent bogging of restricted airflow... and will give you a slight hp increase...but im sure you know this

If you're wanting to save a little money, I'd say go with evo injectors and you'll be fine. I'm boosting 26psi with my EvoIII 16g with evo injectors (560's). I am pushing the limits a bit but with your mods you won't be. Then when you're ready, you can upgrade later when the money is there.

Of course if you have the money and don't want to ever worry about them again, get the biggest size you can afford as per snowborder's comment.

Well since your 18 and you own a dsm chances are you plan on doing a budget build anyways. I did the same thing, expect I use an safc and datalogger (oldschool). Im running evo8 injectors with 18-21 lbs on pump gas daily. My idc are usually close to maxed out, but they work and I paid really short money for them. I actually ran my 16g with 450's on 12-15 psi before I did injectors for 4 months.

ellicott city?? really? what color whip is you gst? this

my gst is red

thanks for all the help imma go with dsmlink v3 and buy the biggest fuel injectors i can afford for the time being so somewhere between 650 to 720
