16g on Stock 6-bolt

So my motor hydro locked a while back, and is in need of a rebuilt which i don't have time for.I'm looking to pick up a rebuilt stock 6bolt motor. I want to run about 20psi daily and have no issues. I want to keep it pretty basic. Let me know how my list of mods sound for my goals. Also i'm poor college kid on a tight budget.


Motor:
Freshly rebuilt all oem 6bolt
Refreshed Head
Rods
Bearings
Gaskets (mls head gasket)
Valve seals
Pistons
ARP Head Studs

The guy said the head was flow tested and the motor is good to go.

Turbo:
Evo III 16g (about 5,000 miles on it)
Stock 1g crushed bov
ETS FMIC
Hard Piping

Clutch:
Act 2600
6puck race disk

Fuel:
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
650 Injectors

Exhaust:
2.5 HKS Hi-Power

Ecu:
Chipped
2-step all that stuff

Tuning:
Safc
Afr

Eventually I will upgrade to link, but not for a while.

Any input would help.

Do you have all these parts already? You should have plenty of fuel for 20psi and more! Many will say you need a AFPR with the 255 wally. Obviously, you should have a logger/mmcd if you dont already and a wideband would be great for tuning as well

Is the stock mitsu headgasket going to be okay for that much DD boost?

Two other recommendations, if you have the evo 02 housing, why not just go 3in exhaust? And I personally (not on DSM's though) have had bad luck with 6 pucks for DD. With a 2600 the sprung street disc is more than enough and the slightly faster traps, in my opinion, doesn't make up for the noising harsh engagement on the street.

Oh and +1 on the logger. You can pick up a cheapo palm for 20 bucks with everything you need on ebay, then make the logger cable with 2 dollars in parts from the electronics store.
