ive been searching everywhere for about 3 days straight on this topic, a buddy and i are trying to turbo his 95rs. everything is just about set except for the actual turbo. i'll get straight to the point. since he bought the wrong kit(4g63) is there a way to bolt up the turbo without removing a/c ?
or if someone can point me to where i could find a turbo manifold for MHI turbos. all i find are t3 manifolds

if you want a MHI turbo manifold for the 420a it'll have to be custom.

EDIT***

log style manifolds allow you to keep the a/c. oops.

I don't know of any vendor that sells an MHI flanged turbo manifold for the 420A. You'll have to either get one welded specifically for you or use a T3-to-MHI flange adapter.

thanks for the acknowledgment guy. thats what i figuered, just wondering if there was a way around it, guess not. what we have so far is a 4g63 mani with a 420a flange. so prob just going to have to remove the a/c.

At least you don't live somewhere hot like Texas (sarcasm). Seriously though correct me if I'm wrong guys but cant you use the stock 420a manifold with the 16G being internally wastegated and all? You would just need a downpipe and Hahn sells those I believe. Again I could be wrong.

I don't know if it's possible to weld on a TD05H-flange, but I would go with special 420a turbo manifold +adapter. The bad thing is you have to make your own o2-housing and downpipe since the MHI turbos from DSMs and pre-evo4s are mirrored.
