16g NEEDED ASAP

i got screwed by a dsmtuner merchant today after installing there so called "rebuilt 16g"
well 3 miles of driving and the turbine ran right into the shell .


i wont mention his name just yet because i would like to give him a chance to deal with the situation and refund me quickly .



but now i need a WORKING 16g , where can i buy a GOOD , SOLID 16g turbo? or even a 14b maybe? anything im moving in 8 days and it needs to be here QUICK.
