Look Up Porting your 16-G for boost creep and do a complete boost leak test. I am having the same issues you are and am finding boost leaks all over the place because this turbo is putting out more pressure than my system has ever had.

There'a few things to check:

1. Boost leak test to 25psi (as Travis already mentioned)
2. Make sure the MBC is correctly hooked up
3. Did you tee off of the BOV line or the J-pipe? (J-pipe makes the BOV react faster)
4. Make sure the wastegate arm isn't hanging up and not allowing the flapper to open

A Small or Big 16G doesn't have creep issues like the EVO III. Please update your profile and let us know which 16G you have.

Have a look at all of those and then get back to us.

I'm with andy. I have a friend that installed his mbc backward and it hit really high boost. If I remember right he had the Turbo-XS MBC with the course adjustment screw and the instructions were actually back words.

Same probelm here. Hooked it up to how the insturctions from the seller. Thought about it and relized they were idiots (LOL). I was pushing constant boost all the way up to 27 PSI. Be careful :thumb:
