16g 650---> Afc&eprom

I am looking for a tuneing guide. I have a big 16G 650cc injectors look at my profile for all the others. I found this http://www.roadraceengineering.com/newafcsetting.htm but what I want to know is I have my eprom chip compinsateing for my injectors, im guessing that this guid is for when the afc is compensateing. I just want to know a good place to set my low and high settings for less knock and more timeing. Some one on here has to have close to my same set up, and have low and high settings for me.!!

as the guide says, start your car let it idle till it warms up. THen check your fuel trims. if your trims are adding fuel then add that amount of fuel to your high map all the way across. if your trims are less then 10 percent go for a drive and check your higher trims (sorry im more familar with 2gs) and again if the those are less then 10 your good to do a pull and log it.

I'm running a chip and with 750 and my low trims are 0 while my high trims are +8 do to knock but i have a slight back pressure issue. (stock exhaust)
