Is it possible to put a big 16g compressor wheel assembly into a 14b hosing, and what needs to be done to make this work.

the compressor wheels are different sizes so you have to bore the hole out for clearance

You'd also need the curved backplate and the center section would have to be machined to fit the larger wheel as well. For as cheap as you can get a used 16g for, I wouldn't bother. Check out the FP18G with no turbine housing for $429 as well.

You will need the adapter "superback" plate for 16g's, you will need a 16g compressor housing, and lastly you will need the 16g compressor wheel. I have a couple of these for sale if you're interested, PM if you're still in need.
