14b to big 16g

i am about to purchase a big 16g in replacement of my 14b. i just had a rebuild on my head and i have a 2g ported exhaust manifold. i have a boost/air fuel gauge and a 255 fuel pump. is this enough to support the 16 or should i do some more work to the car before? and how much boost should i run so i dont screw up my engine. thanks

It's enough to support about 10-13psi, anymore and you will need injectors,afc, and a logger to tune.

According to RRE's site you can run 16psi with no injectors and just a upgraded fuel pump. But I agree the lower the safer until you have some injectors and something to manage your fuel.
