14b? how hard is it to get on a 2g and is it worth it need info plz

Hey I have a 2g spyder and i think it has the t25 if thats what they come stock with. well i was reading that i could put a 14b on it for cheap but now im wondering is it worth it how much will it help and how hard will it be. Will i need to get new piping for intercooler and is the 14b off a stock 1g also will it bolt right up to the manifold and the down pipe how many psi do they come stock with???? any info will help it may be somethign i wanan do thanks!
