13b to t-25

Ok so I got a motor with a 13b turbo on it and I just wanted to know what I have to change on it to get a t-25 on it? Is there like some install kit I have to purchase? Thanks and sorry for the noob question

Why bother, its like going from one turbo to another small one. see no point unless the 13b is bad.

If you want to change it out just get a 14b. They are cheap, reliable, and can make a good bit of power.

agree^^^ 100% or get an evo 3 16g anything bigger than the t25 would be much better in the long run but if you plan on running higher boost on either of those turbos you will need to upgrade you fuel system

If I buy a 14b is it just a drop in turbo or do I need the install kit like a 16g?

well if you have a 13g all you will need is the piping. Cause your oil feed is coming from the head. and should be the same since they are both mitsu turbos. Plus its good to have hard piping anyways

He bought a DSM, so...probably

T25<13b<14b<16g etc.

as stated put at least a 14b on the poor thing. U will need oil and coolant lines for the 14b as the diameter of the banjo fittings are smaller for the 13g...14b on my auto car made a significant difference.
