13B 14B turbos

How can you tell a 13B from a 14B turbo? I know the 13b was used on the automatic equiped 1G cars and the 14B on the 5spd 1g, but how can I tell which is which if they're side by side on the workbench.

The 13 is a TDO4 turbo, the 14 is a TDO5 turbo. It will say one or the other on the turbine housing (silver housing).
