1.8 turbo question

Ok, i got my 1.8, and i dont want to spend the money b/c i dont have it, on buying a new motor. So, does anyone know of anywhere that makes turbo kits for 1.8L's? I've seen the guy that did it in the 1g N/t Tech forum, but thats it, if someone could give me some info on this, thatd be sweet.thanks guys

Not to be cliche but trying to turbo a 1.8 is going to cost you about the same as buying a turbo DSM. I use to have a 1.8 and I thought about turboing it, but the parts you need and the amount of labor adds up real quickly. I've seen pics of it done and I would have loved to turbo the 1.8 but I just decided to buy a turbo DSM because it was more economically feasible, then I was able to put money into that. As for a good 1.8 site, there use to be one called DSM1.8's. I can't remember what the exact address is or if its still up. Maybe someone else can give the exact address.

there is a guy there making tubular manifolds then the older turbo colt manifolds the g32b work with minor mods...
