1/4 mile 1g vs 2g

Here's the thing i have ran many 1g and 2g cars at the track. I have noticed that 1g perform way better with power and 1/4 mile times. I'ved owned both with the same mods almost exactly and my 1g runs almost 2 secs. faster in the 1/4 mile thats crazy. Both my cars have 14b's. and like i said same mods same boost. Also i have notice it's not just my cars it seems like everyones. Let me know your feed back on what you guys think.
