02 sensor

i need help checking the wiring for the rear 02 sensor its throwing a P0138 but the sensor is just a few months old i haven't had the chance to verify after it was replaced if the sensor was wired properly.. it was a universal sensor is there a way to tell which wires should connect to what? they are all the same color so I'm lost. but i do have a volt meter any help would be appreciated.

I always do OEM for the o2 sensors, I've had problems with the universal ones. If everything looks good, may be your cat?
