02 Problems.. Way low

I got my TB shaft seals replaced and everything put back together. Went out
for a spin and everything seemed good. I whipped the logger out to start
tuning and i notice that when my car goes into open loop the 02 value goes
to 0? Before it would stay at about .86-.89. Now i know that 02's arent
doing anything in open loop but what's going on? The car doesnt knock, has
good egt's and has a high fuel trim of 98% (Pretty good) Which leads me to
believe it's not lean. I tried richening it up with no results. I remember
Erik was having this problem in his car when we drove in it, did you fix it?

If it goes to zero suspect bad o2 or wiring.Mine only goes to .83 no matter where I set my maft.Its new o2 universal ngk sensor.I dont' have ground strap on my exhaust and some say it will affect o2 output and operation.Put a new one on and will relog my car in next day or two when get it out of shop for some other problems.If still weird going to
non universal o2 and see if that helps things out.
