02 Housing? need help

i have been having this weird problem with my car lately...whenever i get on it "sometimes" it will studder at about 2500 RPMs and then alsmost "catch and the turbo will start spooling up...OR sometimes it just wont go anywhere and my car feels like it is going to blow up, the only way i can describe it is that it feels suffocated...one of my friends mentioned to me that it is prob. my 02 housing? i just started to get this problem after i put in my big 16...so i was wondering if the whole no power is because my 02 housing is too small? and what should i buy? thanks

i doubt its that, my buddy had a small 16G on a stock 02 sensor housing, didnt hurt anything.
check your spark, might not be running on all 4 cylinders. i have a spark plug wire that keeps popping out of the coil, everytime it does, it feels like my car is just suffocating, and if i give it some gas, it almost sounds like its struggling, but when i get on it, it pick up, but still doesnt sound good.
