Sounds like the injectors arent firing. I’m not too familiar with the 420a but I’d be checking all plugs you removed while doing the transmissions swap.

My buddy is the one that swapped the transmission he said all plugs are good

Also check firing order. I know its a no brainer, but sometimes the smallest thing is the culprit. Make sure you ARE GETTING SPARK. Good grounds to the engine are super important too. Just tips.

If your is automatic follow negative battery cable to the starter there should a ground washer 14mm bolt attaches to the bellhousing could be same for the manual transmission too..
But also I would change fuel filter too, clogged dirty fuel filter will hard starting issues too

Will definitely give this I try

I am getting spark it’s the injector plug that reads low Volts

Do you have a spare injector pack.??
IIRC, that plug can be interchanged with one other. Make sure it is the correct one. 🤞
