these just use o rings in those hardlines, id replace them and you should be good unless they leaking from the the hard lines themselves then the fittings

My gas gauge doesn't work and I found this side(driver's side) unplugged and when I plugged it in it rose to 3/4 and stayed there. Would this fix this issue ?

Correct, no idea if it will center properly. If you grind the weld off, it would fit an evo just fine. The spines have not been affected

That's the right logo style, but the 2nd gen logo on the bumper is raised (not flat). Didn't see this on ebay because I looked for the MR300306 code in my search. Thanks! I'll buy this and keep it for a while unused, in case someone comes-up with the MR300306 part.
