There are multiple lower covers. 95 is its own year. 96 up are interchangeable but 95 is not unless you use a 95 tensioner. If you find it 96up is the better choice.

You can use any year cover. 96 up will be easier to find and allows you to use the updated tensioner at next change.

Yeah, I've been trying to look for one with no luck so I decided to post on here to see if anyone had one.

I have a used 95 cover i could let go. It isn't damage free but I would call it decent shape. I won't ever use a 95 cover again as I use the later tensioners.
