Do you have a Rear Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir Cap? Should be MR155673 if im not mistaken. I don’t think its the same as the front washer fluid reservoir cap either, i think that’s a different part that wont work for the rear. Attached photo should be what it looks like.

Don’t know if you have the old one or not . They have hoses including filler neck hoses hanging at some local parts stores. As the parts guy to walk back there with you and your sample pick something that’s close in shape. Maybe much longer but has the right shape and size. Cut to fit. I did this with my mighty max . It’s easy to identify fuel ones they look different
