- I flew from minnesota to chicago to get this car and drove it back. Its kind of been a pain in the ass since i bought it but thats what i get for paying 17k for a 175k mile evo lmao. I love this car regardless of the problems its had and is having but when i bought it it had 2 boost leaks. (header had a giant crack in it and the first coupler after the turbo shredded) When i bought the car the wastegate was also loose. (unknowingly, ive never owned a boosted car so i didnt really know what to expect) So i was basically slowly boosting only to 7psi for like 4 months thinking that my boost gauge was just 10 psi off for some reason. Went to go grt it tuned and looked like an idiot because when i got the new turbo working and everything i realized how obviously it had a boost problem. So yea just basically fixing this car as i go along
