Marty it looks like you went another 500 rpm or so farther before shifting, and the boost held up during that time, and the airflow line goes off scale so we can't see it. What did the airflow get up to in there? The knock that you are wanting...
Don't mess with the throttle stop if it was fine before taking it apart. I would guess the nuts on the shaft are still too tight. I had the same problem on the last TB I rebuilt, and loosening them was the only thing that fixed it. They don't...

There's 2 springs on there. It was one green one which is the internal smaller spring and the one on the outside. Both were clipped into that groove thing where the throttle cable attaches to.Hmm.... Is the outside spring supposed to be wound...

Why do you only have 1 spring on that? you should have two springs. one internal to the white plastic and one external to the plastic, you seem to only have 1 external spring
Unfortunately attempt #3 of trying to remove the shift lever pins so i can replace the oil seal was unsuccessful. Your return spring wiggling sure looks like it wasn't rewound the correct amount of turns but it might just be the video. Is th throttle easy to open? Does it "snap" shut when you let it go back to the idle position?-
