I was wondering can the USER INPUT 0-5V on the Zt-2 be used to monitor knock. If not what can I use it for. ;)
 
If you can find a knock sensor that utilizes a 0-5v analog signal out that can be calibrated to the software package, then sure.

Anything you want that utilizes a 0-5v analog out.

You should not bump your threads.
Either nobody knows, nobody cares, or EVERYBODY would expect you to just call them up and ask for yourself.
