Their China company is called jasic. Designed and engineered in Australia and built in China.
So another importer but the best name of welders in China.
Supposed to be awesome machines. Waiting to get my hands on one still.

Pulled the trigger and ordered myself a Miller Dynasty 280DX today... I am excited for it to come in. I have been using a maxstar 150 and an everlasting 200DX for the past couple years and ready to move up.

Going to make a custom cart and water cooler for it once I have it. Already have an SSC pedal for it, and am deciding between a Weldcraft CS 310 or a CK 230.

Pics when it arrives

I've been looking more and more at pulling the trigger on a Dynasty 200DX. Seems there is just a lot of good feedback for it and has the size and features that I feel could be useful for me for a long time. Did you just need a bigger machine in going with the 280?

From earlier tonight, building a new downpipe:

Not immediately, but for the semi frequent aluminum work 200 amps is not really enough head room for the duty cycle rating. And I really like the expandability of independent AC amperage adjustments found on the 350 DX available via upgrade. Obviously for home fabricators the 350 is pretty far up there on price.

Electro polished tubing?

That has a pretty bright shine to it, moreso than the sanitary tubing I use daily.

Not sure about that. It's a QTP cutout in that picture, says its 304 but not the exact polishing method.

One more from yesterday, regular non polished 304L on the top:

New welding machine arrived today. Need to pick up some mating NEMA L6-30 connectors, and probably some 10 ga. SJ or SO service cord to wire it up. My Everlast is setup with NEMA 6-20 and 12 ga. power to the wall - not enough for the Dynasty. Already downloaded the lastest firmware to an SD card and as soon as I have it powered up I will get some arc time going to see how she performs.
