Everyday is a new problem LOL ...

Problem : Top rad hose blowing off

Alittle back ground , Noticed my coolant boiling one day .Figured it was the tstat ,took that out..Didn't help
So i Checked my rad cap , it was worn out decided to changed it out for a safety relief cap ,..Fixed the boiling problem ..Drove good for a day
The next day went out drove maybe 20 km's ..Noticed steam and the gauge starting to go up ,shut it off ...Opened the hood top rad hose was off , added coolant ,it was fine for a day now the same thing ...

The head gasket is fine (compression test same across ) no grey oil (still nice clean brown) , no oil in the coolant etc ,no smoke (only the coolant when it spills all over)

Where do i start ?

I would wager that either you have an air bubble somewhere, the pump is on its way out, or theres a blockage somewhere in the system. They sell flush kits you can hook up to a garden hose. Might give that a shot and make sure nothings being blocked. Try taking the tsat out completely and running it too. I know its new but you have to narrow down the problem.
And boiling coolant is typically a sign of a bad radiator cap. As we know, as pressure increases so does waters boiling point. So if you can only hold 10psi instead of 14 that significantly drops the boiling point.

edit: saw u already tried removing tstat

yes.. same as what he had said.. try airing it out.. get all the air bubbles out, check around the heater core.. hoses to the heater core.. have you recently had anything off the motor.. thermostat housing.. any other leading part to the internals.. you happen to you rtv or something and put to much on.. could have squeezed in came off and blocked something.. along with the waterpump might be on its way out.. keep an eye on it.. you did put a t-stat back in correct.. and the rad pressure itself you could check and see where its at..

I made sure there was no air x10 ,
I haven't put the t-stat back in just left it out to free flow ,Haven't taken anything out or off
both top and bottom hoses warm the same ? bottom line does seem to look alittle sucked in ...Would the pressure open it up or just keep it sucked in / kinked? noticed it while cleaning under the car

There ya go, if its kinked it sounds like either its restricted or pulling on it causing neg pressure. The latter would be caused by a blockage somewhere in the system. Does your heat blow hot air? Thats not really a great reference but it may tell you a little about the general area of the blockage. Try a radiator flush, its your last possiblity. GL dude

I have to drain it to fix the bottom hose , So a flush at the same time ...

Did a flush ,fixed the bottom rad hose, replaced the fluid ..While i was burping it i noticed it was foamy ..Took it for a hour long drive, everything was fine untill i turned the car off ..It spit most of the coolant out the over flow again ...But the hose isn't blowing off any more...
