wtf need help with timing belt

No matter how many times i line up all the marks on the cams and crank when i tighten the tensioner the cam gears turn about 2 teeth advanced i dont get it anyone else ever had this problem ? if you did what was your cure thanks in advance

oh yea btw i dont have any balance shafts

you need to turn the exhaust cam one tooth clockwise, then when the tension releases it will line up the cams
