WTF Man? 1/4 tank for 33 miles

OK, this can't be good. I am using way too much fuel. For 33 miles (virtually all on cruise (also tried it without cruise another time)) I used a quarter tank of gas.

I repaired all turbo leaks (had about 5), replaced spark plugs and wires.

Symptoms= idles up and down but only after it warms up.

What do you think? I have no CEL lights on, could it still be a bad 02 sensor? HELP!!

when i had this issue i had the same amount of oil and it didnt smell like gas in the least. i'm putting my money for my issue was a bad tune and my lead foot. boost is not good for mpg's anything above -5 vac uses rich fuel tables anyway.
