I just dont get it. before i replaced the alternator, starter, and did a boost leak check running 9#s i could rip em up in 1st. Now running 15#s I barely boost in first. in second i get full spool by 3500, 3rd by 3200. I did another boost leak test and at the manifold i couldnt get more than 12#s of pressure in there. it took it about 20 seconds to leak down to 0. mean while i listened and sprayed and the only thing I could see was the biss. Could I have tore something, or knocked something off when i was doing the starter? Nothing has changed with the exhaust since, except i have a bad leak at my flex section so i dont think thats causing the lag. Maybe I'm doing the test wrong  Is there anyone that can give me a hand in the savannah area. I'm willing to drive anywhere at this point. Before I thought it sucked cause by 3000 rpms in first my wheels were spinning. Now my car feels N/a in first gear. Please help!!!

It doesn't sound like the maintenance you performed would have any effect on the integrity of your intake system, unless you went berzerk and pulled the intake mani to replace the starter (you didn't, did you?). Some other common areas for boost leaks are the TB shaft seals, intake manifold to head connections, injectors, the PCV valve, and the turbo oil seals. You can try leak testing just the compressor to rule out the last one. If those all check out ok, it could be internal, e.g. valves, piston rings, or a head gasket. Good luck man, boost leaks are a bi***.
