but anyways.. all that happend to me was i went to pac sun to get a new pair of jeans since my best pair got torn up and there was a huge hole in the crotchal area so i grabbed the same pair off the clearance shelf and the girl ringing me up was like "like its not ringing up right is coming up as $0.01.. o well just take them happy V-DAY!"

so i got i a pair of jeans for a cent which was cool

Glad everyone made it out okay! =| Having an engine in the back during a rollover is definitely a recipe for disaster. Sometimes ratchet straps can help prevent heavy objects from becoming projectiles. Hope you get everything back in order and back on the road!

Very glad to hear you and your girlfriend are ok. That car does not look pretty at all. Unfortunately i had a terrible friday the 13th, nothing physically terrible happened to me but two people i know totalled their cars on friday the 13th and were sent to the hospital. Whats even worse is that night one of my best friends since we were in 7th grade ( im now 20) died in his sleep and after overdosing on a mixture benzodiapenes and opiates. I got the a call the next morning and found out, i was absolutly just shocked. Everythings been just been so weird for me lately. It blows my mind how shit can change just like that. His viewing is this wednesday and its just gonna real rough. Sorry to be the debbie downer here fellas I just had to let it out somewhere..

It's cool man, that's why I posted this up. It helps to just share your experiences. Much better than to just hold it all in. I know we were all ok and it could have been SOOOO much worse, but I still get upset just thinking about my g/f screaming after we landed and me yelling out her name, something I pray I will never have to do again.

Damn, that's crazy! I'm just glad everyone in the Chevy came out fine. Judging by the pics, a roll over of that caliber with an engine in the back... I'd count your blessings if I were you because u just happened to witness/take part in a miracle!

On top of that, you and everyone else basically came out unscathed with only minor injuries (scratches, etc).

My g/fs knee is about twice the size it should be, and she has chest/shoulder pains from the seat belt, and I have a brush burn from the airbag on my arm, and my left leg and neck are sore. Our poor dog literally shit himself he was so scared, there is a shit stain on the roof of the car (because when we landed, he was sitting on the roof).

Not sure if this is why we walked out of there w/ out a scratch, but my grandma died last year, dec. 16th 2007 to be exact. This was her car. I was driving it until I finished my GSX build. My grandpa died about a year before her. So if there was anyone watching out for us, I believe it would have been them...

It's ok, we laughed too. It was a good sign actually, because it wasn't blood, and it meant that he was not ejected from the car, so we knew he had just ran as soon as he found an opening...

UPDATE:
The issues with the engine are as follows:
- Need a new thermostat housing, it broke off.
- Need a new cam gear, I think it was the exhaust side.
- Oil pan seemed to have dented in where the plug is, just hammer that out a bit.
- My new oil pressure sensor fell out. Not sure if it stripped out, or how it came out, the sensor is not broke...
- And of course, a pic in front of the car! (I have pics of the motor and the hatch that we had to PRY open to get into the back... I will load later)

Just out of curiosity, did you guys wreck along i-80 or 76. I was heading from sharon to canton and 80 turned into a sheet of ice. I was amazed at how many wrecks i seen going up past kent and summit. Glad to see everyone made it out of.

We were on our way to 62, to make it to I-77. We never made it to 62... It was on 224, near the 225 intersection that we flipped.
