won't boost, pulled mas code and replaced

so my car ran like shit and when 3k came around it sounded like air was escaping... it also threw a code. It said the mas so i replaced the mas, it idles great now and runs fine, untill the turbo should start to boost, around 3k and same sound, boost gauge says theres boost but i can't feel it and the car won't drive past 3k.

can anyone help me? turbo related?, one big ass boost leak? (i checked physicaly really quick, nothing seemed wrong) i need help

btw, 97 gsx, 16g and supporting mods
 
shoulda just done that first... already had the link but i figured i just trust the code. thanks man :dsm:
 
okay leak is coming from inside teh engine OMG ... maybe the head i dunno for sure but its not any hoses... would this mean a gasket or sumthing
 
That's going to be a pita. I'm in the middle of removing my intake, it's hard to get to the bottom bolts. I'll remove the DP tomorrow and try to get to them from underneth. At least you found the leak. :thumb:
