One person is interested in my car, but i found my oil problem, its fixed, car is running awesome now. So...i'm keeping the car, unless a nice 2g GSX comes along that would be a trade for my car. I'm still in for the meet, and for the record, i'm still on my 14b, so no big secret turbo project going on...yet .

Michgan highway speed limit = 70 mph. But everyone drives 75-80 anyway.

I'm debating going or not. I don't know if my car is up to it. 1200 miles is a lot of road to put on a car in one shot. Maybe next year, I think. Any other meets closer to Milwaukee I'm definitely up for, though.

This is a little off topic but I just need to say that your white talon is one of the nicest talons I've ever seen. Seems really well modded too. Did you sell it? If you did that sucks but hopefully you got your money's worth.

I do miss that talon and the mods that are listed are for the new 97 GSX that I have and yes I got my money worth on the talon it was modded about the same as this GSX yet never ran 11.8 on pump gas like this GSX just did!!! I just got dsmlink and a wideband for the GSX and AMS told me close to another 100 hp with good tuning and a bit more boost so I am hoping for 10's on pump gas, we will see what happens!!!!

I talked to a buddy over in Eau Claire today, and somehow word got spread all the way over there of this meet. He will be bringing another 4 people we can add to the list......3 DSMs and 1 Mazada from what he said. So, another 4 people on the list....

Going even further on a tangent, I'm watching Paul Walker TF&TF fame (who drove a DSM) make a cherry pie with Jason Biggs (who violated an apple pie) on Martha Stewart right as I read what you wrote. Sorry... for some reason all those things kinda fit together and I had to get it out.

We should pick out a car show and do that this summer.

As much as I like going to things like HIN and shows where it's predominantly imports, it's still nice to go to classic car shows. I like how even though the cars are restored to "stock" appearance, they're still show-worthy and it's hard to find two cars that are the same.

I dont have anything against old cars, its just that they have been around for so long, everyones seen them before. I like to see new things, not old stuff i've seen before. Just my 2 cents, ha.

But back on top and June 17th is not too far away. whos getting excited? I know alex is, so excited he desided to rebuild his engine just for this event. If anyone wants to come help put an engine in the night before June17, feel welcome to come.
