I dont have anything against old cars, its just that they have been around for so long, everyones seen them before. I like to see new things, not old stuff i've seen before. Just my 2 cents, ha.

But back on top and June 17th is not too far away. whos getting excited? I know alex is, so excited he desided to rebuild his engine just for this event. If anyone wants to come help put an engine in the night before June17, feel welcome to come.

Andy, you use to have a couple 69' Mach 1's...........yeah, they were fun, but these imports are just hell of a lot cooler. I love the older sound with the big displacement and duration of those damn cams..........its amazing.

Well anyhow, I am way to excited for this meet.....its gonna be a killa time. :dsm: :talon: :laser:..................that is if I get my engine put back together before then. Just in the process of boring it out now, going to get the stuff balanced one I recieive a couple more of my items.
 
Well, it's gonna be just me heading down from Wausau now, Nate (Mitsu_Dreamer) decided to go do something else that was planned for that weekend even though he had the plan to go to this meet first.
 
What kind of help do you guys need? I can lend a hand but i haven't pulled a engine before. Maybe i will have a turbo by then and we can put eveything in at the meet! LOL
 
You know what? Screw the price of gas and the 3 hour travel time! Count me and the wife in for the June 17th meet and cruise in Wisconsin Rapids. I need to get out and meet you guys, especially if I'm going to be staying in Wisconsin for the next few years. I'll try to clean up my car a little bit before the big day. It'll still be a POS, but oh well. :)

I'm passing thru Rapids on that weekend. I will stop by for a couple hours. Or I can just cancel that plan and just head up there for the meet instead. Either way, I will be there. The car is slow and nothing done to it much so don't expect much. See you all there.
 
Ya I'm excited, and def heading out there. Not too much done here too, but still nice to kick it out there together.

If you wanted to come over friday and stay the night you can. I have a strong feeling that alex's engine will be going in that friday night so you could give us a hand. Its not too hard. Just PM me as the meet gets closer to get my cell number.

So the meet is at Moblie Link in Wisconsin Rapids and they are doing a Sound-Off, who's gonna compete for the SOUND-OFF. I dont have a system, at least not yet.
 
I will be.....I have a 15" kicker L7 with a kicker amp that is rediculously loud that I got for 500. I use it to barely half its potential because after that it just hurts.
 
Ok! Sure if i still have my system in i will be there! all i got is 2 12's but i like it!
 
Andy, you better talk to Blake and confirm things with him about the soundoff and such.

I wish I could go to the autocross but I dont think I will be able to make this one. There is a chance I might be able to go. I do advise you to go because its loads of fun.

I dunno now if i;m going it is looking like my turbo is gonna take a nice dump on me this week...
 
^^ well good thing you already paid for the RRTL then huh? now get ## car running first, then worry about what meets you'll be at! maybe see you next week, otherwise, see you in July for sure! (pm me about staying overnight the night before if you wish...)
 
Oh for sure! yea if i miss this one no big deal..But i will be at the RRTL and nothing is gonna stop me! but by then i better have my new setup in! So maybe i will ome down a couple of days before and we all an put in my turbo! LOL
