OK here's the details on the car. It's a 1990 Eagle Talon AWD. The car is Mostly Factory. It has a 91 computer, coil pack, transistor pack, and gauge cluster in it. The guy before me put those in there. The problem with the car. At around 3k rpm in neutral just reving the motor it seems to have a MISS. When you drive the car it feels like it doesn't have any spark when you go WOT in 1st and 2nd and sometimes 3rd. The motor starts to die down. Unless you come off the thottle then EASE back on. once the car actually boost the 10psi on the 14b it pulls good. I need to find out what would cause it to die down. I know the cars running rich due to the spark plugs. I've changed the following on the car with the same thing(stock parts). Fuel pump, Injectors, Fuel pressure regulator, coil pack, transistor pack, o2 sensor, i've tested the wires on the car, changed plugs, Did a compression test on the motor. 170 in all 4.
Also if you unplug the Mass Air flow sensor it does nothing different to car. Runs exactly the same. You can rev it and all. Do you think it could be the computer gone bad or the MAF. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
