420A Wire running guide?

I am looking for a guide for all the plug and play connectors because they ones that're supposed to be in the front are in the back and the other way around.

Not following what you're trying to figure out. Sounds like wire connectors are swapped around or something. But what wires?

All of them. I have the thermostat wiring and main power harness. But I have no idea how to run these connectors.

There are several service manuals available for download on this site. Check the FAQ section under the forum tab I believe I saw them in there. I haven't downloaded of those manuals so I'm not sure if they cover the non turbo models. A service manual should give you wire colors, connector views, and connector locations.
I use alldatadiy but you need to pay for those services. It's about $20 a year.

The FSMs have everything in them. You can find them through a few sites. Just gotta use google. It's a quick find.

Ok I found them but how do I route the cables?

Routing them through the firewall? Around the engine? Interior?
