So here is the update guys, got the car home.

Had to buy some new things:

New battery
New o2 sensor
Oil
Oil filter
Coolant
Bolts for turbo
Gasket

20g turbo installed, lines all hooked up EXCEPT i broke my DANG Banjo bolt to the head!

So i have to find a bolt now in the next day or two... here are a few pictures in the mean time.

Oh and the rear trunk has been gutted. The painting of trim pieces will start soon. I am doing my custom trunk and battery holder first.

As you can see in the pic, i think the previous owner started to swap out the gray for black, however the whole trunk is still gray.

Lastly, my stock radiator fan wont work with the 20g, its to big to fit in the way of the waste gate. Any suggestions?

Lastly a few pics of the actual turbo

Over heating issues can be caused by the front mount intercooler blocking air to the radiator. when you boost leak test, aim at that bolt on the housing, that nipple, and the nipple blocked off. i didnt put them there but i thought they probably should be jb welded around or siliconed

I like the nipples (LOL), easier to run a MBC, and yea, not sure about the heating. Owell its winter now and i will be fine till summer, then ill buy a new radiator.

But with the progress....deleted a bunch of stuff today and spent 2 hours cleaning the engine bay. Pics up tomorrow.

Just waiting on the banjo bolt, and to hook up my non crusie. Lastly took my trunk pieces out and removing carpet tomorrow.

Banjo bolt in, and everything hooked up.

Fired up and!!!! (Drum roll please) I HAVE A LEAK! Somewhere somehow there is a coolant leak. No clue and looks like the turbo needs to come off now so i can figure this problem out.

Turbo is on, everything fixed. Now new problem....i have a coolant leak inside my dash. Looks like when i needed to take off the coolant line from the water pipe it came loose inside the dash!

UGHHHH will this nightmare end!?

So now i need to pull the dash to, what i believe, reconnect a line.
