windows and sunroof

I tried searching and couldn't find an answer that would fix it. My car has been sitting for almost two years. I get power to everything except the windows and sunroof. Everything else inside the car is working....the headlights and taillights work...my door locks....I don't have a radio....the gauges light up. I check my fuses in the car...ANY IDEAS? Does the ECU send power the the windows and sunroof? I don't have a ecu in the car right now until tomorrow when I install my AEM. My windows are down and I am tuning the car this weekend...its too cold to ride with the windows down...!!! O, I forgot to mention...my turn signals don't work either.

Did you actually pull every fuse (engine and kick panel boxes) and test them with an ohmeter? The main ECU is not involved with the windows or sunroof. [The sunroof does have it's own sunroof ECU however. It also requires the left door open switch be operating.]
The windows have their own power window relay up under the left side dash and use part of the ETACS ECU to operate that relay. If you are positive all the fuses are in place and ok, I would suggest removing the power window relay and temporarily installing a jumper as shown in picture (post #9 of http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=204757) to see if they work. This bypasses the relay. You should have +12V on the jumper from one of it's ends. If they still don't work remove the driver's door panel and put 12V right on the window motor after unplugging it. If it doesn't work, bad motor. If that works suspect a bad power window main switch or wiring.
