Have been messing with the CAS for the longest time trying to get the timing right becuase i thought that would be the problem. The car runs fine when the engines cold but once it warms up it wont idle it just turns off and wont start unless i give it a lot of gas and once i let go of the throttle it turns off. also when i turn the lights on and heater on the idle drops really low like to 400 or 500 and wants to cut out or does cut out. I have checked the battery with a volt meeter and when its off the volts are a little over 12 then when i turn the car on the volts go to a little over 14, but when i turn the lights and heater on the volts go down to 13.5 or around there. So doesn't that rule out the alternator being bad? so what would be going on? Thanks alot ahead of time!

ya im not a fan of them either but it came with the car also haha.

Invest in some stock 450's to keep for backup. I keep 2 sets around just in case.

There is an install guide I used from rre I believe. Im on my phone so its a pain to try and post links.
As far as tuning I only kept my safc for a few days before I chunked it so I didn't spend much time tinkering with it. So I can't remember off the top of my head how it works. I just know with 650cc injectors it adds way to much timing!

they are 560 not 650

o so what would be better? installing the safc or putting in 450's?
Well if you have the need for bigger injectors like a bigger turbo then use the safc. If your running stock boost on a stock turbo then I would just toss 450's back in it.

My first thought would be that your simply dumping too much fuel, just as everyone above me is saying. You may also want to check coils, your cas AND cps, and power transistor possibly.

He is dumping too much fuel plain and simple. Once he either tunes with the safc or put stock injectors in then it should run.

Remember if you throw stock injectors back in reset the fuel trims. You can just disconnect the battery and it will relearn fuel strategy from there.

it has a 16g in it so probally put the safc in right? and its on like 11psi which i think is stock? but it does have a manual boost controller

Good luck. There are a few guides you can find on the wiring and the tuning.
