Will Eibach Sportline 95-99 FWD springs fit on a GST Spyder?

A friend of mine wants to sell me his springs but I'm not sure whether they'll fit my car or not, because SBR website says:

GST Spyders are excluded. I don't know if it's true or not (I sent them an email and they also don't know for sure they'll check), but does anyone here know?

Oh, also, if you're only dropping your car 1.5", the dealership can do an alignment without a camber kit, right?

I don't know about the fitment but I recently put on the prokit on my 1998 gs-t and got some crazy negative camber, I needed a camber kit for the back(as expected) AND the front(not expected) . The car does look 10x better now though

Well did you ask the dealer if they could do an alignment without one?

Dealership cannot alter camber at all.
No one can, our rear camber is non-adjustable. Hence the kit.

My advice to you is to not even consider using Sportlines. You'll blow your shocks for sure if they're stock or upgraded, for that matter) and the spring rates are severely under what they should be for such an aggressive drop.
Skip it.

Well I plan on getting the pro-kits but I was wondering the same question....do 95-99 FWD pro-kits work on the spyders? I have never been given a clear answer....or is there any other type of spring that drops it just a little bit for teh spyders? I can't seem to find any at a decent price....i only wanna drop it a little bit....like the pro-kit....?

What's wrong with sportlines? Are they any different from pro-kit?

Why do you say I'll blow the shocks? Are you saying AGXs or Illuminas can't handle them?

What's the sportline drop anyway?

Oh and also, I still haven't been given a clear answer by anyone as to what kind of stuff I need to get for a Spyder GST - not even the dealers know.
