wierd problem car dies when A/C is off

1990 GSX 138xxx test pipe shorter belts to cutout the A/C act 1200 clutch with fidinza flywheel

the problem that i am having is the car will stall out when the a/c is off it runs fine when its running but the second i turn off the a/c the rpms start to drop and it will stall...

my head lights dont work either all the bulbs are good but theirs a short somewhere but the headlights just started acting up the a/c has been doing that ever since i bought the car 4 monthes ago

Have dealt with some idle issues lately, so here's two quick things to check:

A - idle air adjustment screw is loose or mis-adjusted. Look to see that there is wire wrapped around it securing the adjusting screw in place. It's on the left side of the intake where all the hoses and throttle cable connect.

If not, go do the adjustment procedure for that from the maintenance manual.

B - Possible ISC motor problem. Quick check for that in your case would be to:

1 - Have the car idling with the A/C on. You say it doesn't die then, right?
2 - get out and open the hood. Disconnect the ISC motor connector (under the big black hose coming into the left side of the throttle body.)
3 - Turn off the AC to see if it still dies.

If the engine does NOT die, you may have an ISC problem where it is not opening/closing properly (mechanical issue.) Having the AC on is only one of the times this adjusting motor operates.

If it DOES DIE, I'd be looking hard at the wiring harness especially since you're having other electrically related problems.
