Wierd problem, can anyone help?

my clutch started making a grind sound all of the sudden doesn't do it all the time i hear it mostly in 1st and 2nd when it engages.Alot of the times i won't hear nothing but today i notice if i took right turns and accelrated i can hear it scrape if i didn't accelrate i didn't notice a sound.

I am having a problem along the same lines. I hear a loud grind just as I'm engaging into first, it grinds through first, through second, and diminishes half way through third. I changed my transmission fluid but that did nothing. I'm not sure if its the clutch or the transmission. I hear dsm trannies are worthless.

funny thing, i dont hear the noise either after 2nd can anyone help?
