Why would you not recommend the fidanza flywheel with a act 21/26/2900, any problems.

Are you saying you've heard problems about combining ACT and Fidanza?? I'm a little confused by what your asking and why. I love Fidanza flywheels, I had one on my gst and I have one on my colt. People who don't like then don't want to relearn to drive their car. The weight difference alone makes the flywheel worth it. As far as combining ACT with one, I've never heard there was a problem with doing so.

I have ran a fidanza as well as an ACT flywheel. I prefer the ACT by far.

I kept warping the hell out of the fidanza friction plates. The problem I see is that when you mix an aluminum flywheel bolted to a steel friction surface, it can't transfer the heat well/fast enough and thus warps the disks. You may only see this when you do regular launches, etc.

I now have the ACT chromoly and I couldn't be happier with it.

Well i had a act on my stock pos flywheel and it did not like the 25 psi, 50 trim launch and racing the shit out of it.

The weight is holy shit 8.4 for the fidanza and 19.4 for the stock pos both new never used.\, that is why iu went with it.
I ask because the cooling/heat transfer differences in the aluminum vs steel etc.

I have the fidanza now bolted in with a new clutch, but was just wondering i wont be abusing this one as much but i must ask if i am gonna be switching out the plates like a mofo.

I will mostly street/dd very slight racing, as i am trying to replace the 50 i sold with a fp red or green maybe a gt35r.

make sure to look up torque specs, thos flywheels need like 98ft/lbs and clutch is only like 14-16 big difference and alot more than a reg ratched can make
