Why wont my SAFC2 settings save?

When I turn my car off all my SAFC2 settings go back to zero and it really pisses me off...how do i save them?

Are you choosing "initialize" after setting everything up? If so, don't.

i have no selected on initialize...idk what to do this is pissing me off

something isnt sounding right on that one, because the afc2 is supposed to save settings permantely in its memory unless "initialize" is chosen. Either something isnt hooked up right or something inside the afc isnt working right, try calling apexi im sure they'll help you in more detail.

make sure that you have it wired correctly in that you have that you have the power connected to the ECU power source (the one that never shuts off unless you pull the fuse) and not the ACC. power source. Even then it seems odd that you would loose all of your settings because I have disconnected my battery before and I haven't lost all my settings. I would just check your wiring first and then call Apex'i.

i just checked again and everything doesnt go back to zero....

everything goes back to zero except for 1k at lo throttle which is set T 19%

and then at high throttle 1k-2.2k is all the way up to 77%, I never set them all the way up to 77% they just go their when I turn the car on..

My sensor type switches away from karmen and the number of cyl. in the car gets set back to 4 (on 1g's you should set the cyl # at 2)

Apex has a local shop around here and they installed it, so I might just call them and see what they have to say about it
