Langley,
I wanted to pick up a Breather Filter for my car but couldn't find one anywhere. Who makes the inline, enclosed ones? Kind of look like inline fuel filters.
I don't want the K&N Style but the inline, enclosed kind.

I ran a inline fuel filter for a while to try it out.

Before you make up your mind, try blowing through one when it brand new.
Try blowing through it after it's gotten a little oil in it.

I wasn't happy with the backpressure of brand new filter and found that they quickly started to plug up. A good crankcase breather should have little to no backpressure clean or dirty.

I've started making a inexpensive oil separator (catch can) out of a $8 aluminum camping fuel bottle, some bronze wool, and some fittings. As soon as I decide on how to attach the fittings I'll start and document the construction of it.
