1G Whining after 4bolt swap and wheel bearings

I just finished doing a 4 bolt swap and rear wheel bearings/seals on my 91 Talon, everything went pretty smooth. Took it for a test drive and there is a loud whining noise coming from the rear end area. I would assume it is the rear end and not the bearings. I put in new axle seals on the rear and used new Lucas 80/90 gear oil. Could this rear end just be junk?

Pull the cover and check backlash.
